Dark Shadows is one of my earlier pieces as well as a favorite. I love the way the colors of the underground slot canyons glow behind the shadowy rock. It is absolutely transfixing, as in a mirage or vision. I assure you, I was just as mesmerized as it was only viewable to me through a 30-60 second exposure due to the dark shadows underground near Page, Arizona.
