The sun is a rare sight on this stormy day in Antarctica. The light is just peaking through the clouds onto the wintery seascape below. This award winner captures that unique moment.

With all icebergs the rule of thumb goes that we are only seeing 10% of the actual berg while the remainder is submerged. Try to imagine the magnanimity of these icebergs as my large cruise ship could not even reach halfway up them in height!
