"Long story short - I walked a mile or so in the pouring rain to pickup a wire transfer from Western Union. I realized the bank was only a block from the famous Rialto Bridge so I went to have a look.

You guessed it - the scene was so painterly and surreal I hurried back for my camera and made the trek a second time to capture this image." ~Ed Cooley
